At Tokyo Tengu, every order is handled with precision, care, and a touch of obsession. Here's how we manage shipping:
Processing Time
Each item is hand-printed and quality-checked before shipping.
All orders are processed within 1–5 business days. Once your item is packed and ready, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.
Note: During high-demand drops, processing may take a bit longer — we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

These are average estimates. Delays due to customs or local carriers are out of our control, but we’re here if anything goes wrong.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number by email. If it hasn’t arrived in your inbox, check your spam folder or reach out to us.
Lost / Stuck Orders
If your tracking hasn’t updated for more than 21 days, we’ll send you a replacement free of charge. Just email us at contact@tokyo-tengu.com and we’ll make it right.
